Broken screw in spoiler hole, HELP!!

Hey guys, I was taking off my old spoiler to put on my new one, and while I was unscrewing, one of the screws was really rusted and broke in the hole where the screw is screwed in on the spoiler! ( A lot of screwin goin on in this thread) So I was wondering how to get it out since half of the screw is broken in the hole. ( do i use a drill?) Please HELP!!

Thanks

RE: Broken screw in spoiler hole, HELP!!

Does any of the screw thread stick out?? Can you grab it with Vice-grips?

#1 Smooth off the part that broke(nub) so that it is flat (file or dremel tool)
Using a center punch or prick punch (sharper) tap a dent in the center of the screw nub
Use a small drill bit that is VERY sharp or new.
Use cutting fluid or WD-40 and light constant pressure. (to much and the bit will break, to little and it will dull)
Get a drill bit little smaller then the shaft of the screw (the solid metal between the threads) YOU don't want to damage the threads
Use WD-40 or oil etc...drill next hole size. Generally the nub breaks free and screws itself back into the hole at this point. That's ok.
Get an easy out and back the screw nub out of the hole.
Chase the threads in the hole with a properly sized TAP to clean the rust out.

Method
#2 Use a dremel and cut a single line into the broken nub
Use a slot (standard) screw driver and pray for good luck.;)
