this civic i am looking to buy used is in need for a new front bumper. rather than paying the dealership 600 dollars to replace it, later on when i put a body kit on it, will i be changing the same part?

i need help and advice.

 

If the bumper cover is damaged, then yes... if you buy a full body kit it will be replaced. But if the bumper mounts are shot then you need to buy those.
