A/C Compressor Clutch

My mom has a 98 accord with a A/C problem. It seems that the compressor clutch will not engage with the compressor. I know that the compressor clutch is fine b/c the mechanic sent power to the clutch manually and the clutch engaged. The relays seem to be fine as they have been replaced with a new relay. After all of this, the A/C still does not work. I'm thinking that there may be a short circuit somewhere but i haven't checked fuses yet, so i think thats what i will do next. I just thought about that while writing this. Any other suggestions on fixing this problem would be greatly appreciated. If it helps, the o-ring on the compressor had to be replaced b/c refrigerant was leaking. TIA

RE: A/C Compressor Clutch

Could be any number of things here:
Compressor Clutch Relay- continuity ( Connections A & C) when connections B & D powered.
Compressor Clutch Coil- Field coil resistance should be 3.2 ohms +- 0.15.
AC Pressure switch- Connect a jumper wire between pins 1 & 2 on pressure switch, if compressor engages- Bad switch
Wiring or finally an ECM.

Hope these attachments work.

RE: A/C Compressor Clutch

Another. Basically indicates jumper the pressure switch between pins 1 & 2 and if compressor engages then you have a bad switch.
