CA goldstar smog ?'s for 1998 civic hb
hey tuners 
(sorry if i posted in the wrong thred ;p)
i have a 1998 ek civic hatchback with a sohc vtec head zc block
dmv says i need a goldstar smog for tags i just the car was tagged last year, but i baught the car this way. what i am wondering is will the zc have a chance of passing cuz it looks stock or do i need to get a certain ecu? or can i just swap th whole thing for a newer engine? if i swap i will have to get state ref'd or bar'd right? thanks for help and time
