cant get the EGR valve nuts off
 

People,

Geez, Never seen where even with a pivot type universal socket joint the 2 mm nuts are very hard to access. How do you guys do it? My 1/4 " socket fits but thats too flimsy of a wrachet. Help appreciated.

well on my 04 i use two swivel adapters and a extension.

thanks, IT, but thats not what seems to be the problem- the problem is not the swivels but the socket itself- it doesnt seat in firmly onto the nut (bad nut is the one closer to the cam). It grips only partially onto the nut- swivel is doing its job. Oh well, maybe someone else has another experience and will advise.......Heck- who nows, maybe I have to remove the entire intake black plastic box(?).
