Also I forgot to add I went to Honda and they told me to change the alternator and ecu because they have to adjust it and when they put it in the new ecu the car wouldn't even start

Yes the check engine light is on as well as something resembling a key. and when it hits 40mph the car starts to shake and its as if too much fuel is getting into the engine and its wants to shut off

not sure what the key light is (im sure someone else will) but you will need to have the CEL scanned. Take the car up to an auto parts shop and have them check the codes, they should give you and idea of whats wrong.

The key light means it doesn't recognize the chip in your key, it's an anti-theft feature. I didn't think it was supposed to start at all like that. A dealer (one who knows what they're doing, I don't suggest going where you went before again) will need to reprogram your key and/or ECU to match each other again.
