Default Car shakes!!

I have a 1990 Honda Civic 2 door hatch with a 5 speed manual transmission and I have a problem with it.

It seems that the car shakes whenever the engine is on idle(or not in gear) but when you increase the throttle the shaking goes away...same thing if it's in park or while driving.

So can anyone help me troubleshoot this.

Thanks

Inspect your motor mounts. Looked for cracked, or rotting pieces of rubber.

Any CELs?

Sorry but what is a CEL?

The motor mounts look rusted and old. I have attached some pictures of them. They are kind of bad pictures but I hope it helps.

It's very hard to tell with those blurry pictures but the 3rd pictures the rubber in the mount doesn't look all that good. The brackets for the engine mounts generally don't break for these cars, but the rubber inside them cracks and tears. This can cause the shaking you're feeling.
