Thanks, i havent checked pressure with a gauge yet, planning to after work. the plugs that came out of it were not great looking but it was consistant with them. I havent pulled the new plugs back out to look at them yet. Im going to clean the injectors and try a new reg tonight....
Cat was clogged bad, so i think this has been an issue with this car for a while
