Car Wont Start

Before I just installed the new cd player in my car i worked fine not sure if that has anything to do with it or not but after that i wobut nt start it just turns over... I have fuel pressure and the car did start once but when i did it sounded really deep toned like it was running on 3 cylnders... could someone give me some suggestion on some thing i could check to see what the problem is? I also unplug the stero power to see if that would change anything but no

What year Civic?

Is the Check Engine Light ON?

If there is no spark at the plugs, then troubleshoot the coil and igniter unit in the distributor.

Maybe it can be a bad cap or rotor

Check that you didn't blow the 7.5 amp "BACK UP" fuse in the fuse box under the hood near the battery. This fuse feeds power to both the ECU and the stereo. Though I don't think having it blow would cause a no-start, it might on some models.

Its a 94 Obd1 and if it was the ignitor would the check enigine light come nd and throw a code 15 for ignition output? Well theres no check eniine light on so what could it be that wouldnt cause the enigine light to come on?

I don't think that all igniter faults would throw a code 15. A faulty coil also would not necessarily not throw this code. See also suggestions by others.
