Default Changing my Thermostat but what.....?

92 Civic with 192,000 miles.

I'm gonna change my Thermostat out next weekend & I'm trying to order the gasket that goes with it from Rockauto. But as I can see..they got like 3 different names for it..such as Thermostat Housing Gasket..or Thermostat Seal..or Water Outlet Gasket. I don't even know what a Water Outlet Gasket is or where it goes to..but it looks important based on the pics on rockauto.

can someone help me out and explain which one is the right seal/gasket to replace when replacing a thermostat. There's no leak or anything but it's good to replace gaskets/seals anything you take anything apart.

It is made of rubber and goes on the thermostat first before installed onto engine. The shape is beefed up black rubber band with groove so it can be mounted on the thermostat.Honda P/N shall be 19305-PT0-000, if I remember correctly.

If I remember correct when I changed mine the gasket o-ring was part of the thermostat that I bought at AutoZone. Remember the thermostat is on the bottom hose.
