Civic 01 Removing Bumper
What's up,
I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to take my Bumber off so i could install my new halo headlights. This is what happend i got brand new halo lights i got them installed but the left side halo does not work. I spoke to the guy who sells them and hes said just ship him the old and he will send me a new one. Problem is there in already and if i want to take them out the guy will charge me to take them out and then charge me again to install them. I seen him install them and it looked simple, the only thing is i did not know it how he took off the bumper if someone could help me i'd appreciate it.

im not 100% sure, but i kno theres some bolts under your wheel well, under the bumper, and on top. sometimes you can get lucky and find a site online, but the haynes manual is prolly tha best way to go
There are some pop-up screws on top around the grill.
Then get the bolts under the fenderwell
Then more underneath.
Then take the bolts off around the headlihgt.

There are pop screws on top and bottom, bolts on the bottom and one screw in each wheel well. Remove them all. Once you have all those off, you can pry the bumper off. Don't be afraid to break it, it takes some force.
What's up? I've got an 04 civic and I posted a DIY on some mesh on my page at www.cardomain.com/id/skunk2civic04 on the 3rd or 4th page, I've got step by step instructions with photos on how to remove and install your front bumper. Hope this helps some.
