Civic 08, Horn making noise while driving or while parked
 

I had my car broken into past Year, and thief stole my car's driver side airbag. I got it fixed and replace everything that was stolen But since then car's horn acts weird (ONLY sometimes), while driving or while park it automatically makes noise. I wanted to know if someone know anything before i take it to service and pay 100+ dollars (because that's what they asked me just to look at the problem). Thanks. Appreciate any help.
