Civic 1998 EX Low Idlle loss of power.
 

Hi everyone, I have a 1998 Civic EX
My car is having trouble with the idle
When i first start it up idlle is at 1100 to 1200,
After it warms up it goes down to 500 to 600 most of the times, while driving and i stop on lights the idlle goes down to 300 sometimes to 200, so the car almost turn off, and sometime just stays at 500. When the car is on Parking u can tell it is looking for a steady idle, Stays in 500 tries to go up to 600 really slowly.
All this cause the car to loss power and i can smell like the car is not burning the fuel well and is consuming the fuel to fast.
With a/c on idlle goes up to 900 no more than 1000.
I notice at first start up the car allways starts at second try,.

Ok now, This is What I have Fix Allready.

Fuel Pump
Fuel Filter
Air Filter
Hole Trothle With 2 Sensor (TPS and MAP) and the Idle air control valve.
Iridium Spark Plugs, Wires Set, Rotor and Cap
Water Radiator
Upper o2 sensor
And i did the oil change 2 months ago.

i were looking for vacum leaks and i cant find any.

Any suggestions will be apreciated Thanks.

Somebody told me it could be a Fuel pressure problem, or a Ignition problem. what u guys think?
