Default civic 2.2 cdti clutch and flywheel suggestions

Hello,
i have a civic 2.2 ctdi and the clutch seems to be slipping in 5th and 6th only a little, however this will play on my mind especially as it is expensive.

i have seen a few posts but undecided on what to do. The car only has 75k on the clock and will go for a long time and looking to keep it for a long time also. However i might even get a economy map which puts the power up very slightly after hearing good things however i never have because of the weak clutch but now its slipping i may aswell get something better then the standard that has issues.

So what i want to know if anyone knows of any which ones are the best value for money and reliable and durable. I have seen different makes like CG motorsport, ACT and LuK.

Also i've been told may as well get a flywheel but has anyone else changed the flywheel?

Any help on this would be of great help thanks in advance if any...
