Civic Runs too Rich

hey guys, over the summer i bought a 1998 honda civic. It has as acura integra b18 motor and a turbonetics turbo kit along with an msd ignition and other upgrades. The car ran for about two months but it was running extremely rich and I knew it would need to be tuned but it stopped running before i could tune it. When we towed it to the shop they were unable to tune it because the computer was too old. I replaced the computer with a newer hondata system that they were able to tune but even with the fuel injection turned all the way down it still ran too rich. I have 350cc injectors in the car and i feel that they are too big and that is the problem. Has any one encountered this before. HELP ME! PLEASE POST IF YOU HAVE ANY IDEAS!!!

Perhaps a bad O2 sensor?

I'd agree go with the smaller injectors. Is the fuel pressure regulator working? You can also reduce the fuel rail pressure to make the injectors seem to be smaller.

Someone who really knows how to tune a EFI system would of course be able to work all this out for you.
