Hi, ever since I got my civic out of the performance shop after 3 years of patiently waiting there has been one big problem! When its started at an idle it won't stay steady! It revs from 1 Rpm and bogs down to 1/2 an Rpm and then back up to 1 Rpm! It keeps doing this consistanltly! Then when you use the throttle at high Rpms, when you let it go back to idle it will die! I was told to replace my throttle positioning sensor, is this what I need to do?

 

try the idle learn procedure. I can't remember the exact procedure now but if you need it just reply back and I will look it up.
