we've had soo much rain around here lately its rediculous. but basically i got trapped at a friends house and had no other way home but to drive through this really big puddle.. needless too say i now have a high pitched noise coming from my engine. what should i take a look at? or whata you think it is?

 

How long ago? Is the engine otherwise running fine?

Lift the hood and determine precisely where the noise is coming from. Looking around the three drive belts is a good place to start.

 

this happened yesterday. car seems to be running fine.. this noise just increases at higher rpms and is deffinatly noticable. ill take a look under the hood tmm.
