Civics acting up again...

1991 Honda Civic
So, I just fixed a huge problem with the front end (ball joint nut poped off and I lost control.. not fun) So I re-did both sides of the car for $300.00 with new axels. The car pulls to the left now but the accident was on the right side, its probably the alignment but thats not my real concern.

I will be driving down the road at low RPM, around 2000rpm, and around 60 km give or take, the pedel is lightly depressed and all the sudden the car will just jolt and cut out and the rpms will go down until I hit the gas or let the car correct itself. If I let the car do it the engine light comes on and the ECU is telling me its code 7 which is the throttle angle. Could it be that the throttle is not open far enough making the throttle pos sensor think im at idel causing that jolt? Cars retarted... Still love it tho.

Any help would be great!
