Default cleaning EGR ports in a 91 civic

Anyone know where there's a procedure to do this? I haven't had any luck finding instructions beyond "drill out the plugs, clean the ports, and install new plugs". At least, could someone show me where these plugs are located?
-thanks

I couldn't find a procedure for replacing or cleaning. All that I was able to find are three pictures from the 92-95 Civic service manual (see below and next post). For these Civics, the EGR sensor and solenoid valve seem to be connected to the intake manifold.
