This happens when I start the car, but I'll push the clutch in (after the car is started) and it will squel/whine until I push it all the way in. It's at the point of where the clutch would catch if I was putting it into gear. It's an 01 ex btw. Kinda puzzled on this one.

 

if its squeeling while the pedal isall the way out, then its a throw out bearing. If its squeeling when the pedal is pressed to the floor,then it could the trannsmission beariings on either end of the man shaft
