Default Crank pulley fell off (yes, while driving)

Ok so I was heading over to a friends house the other day. I turned on the highway that leads to their house and all of a sudden, during the turn, my power steering goes out and the battery light comes on. Im thinking that the belts fell off or they broke or something so I didnt think much of it. I continued on to my destination. After I stayed there for awhile it was time to go home. I forgot all about the belts so I just hopped in my car and left. I drove it about 20 miles home. Near the end of the drive my dash lights were dimming and the stereo wouldnt work. I got it home and slept. The next morning I go out to see if the belts broke or came off and discovered my crank pulley was missing. The weird thing was that it was just chilling on the plastic guard thing on the front of the car. But now I need the bolt and key to put it back on. Anyone know where I could find one?

PS: I think it fell off because it wasnt tightened enough. About a month ago I replaced the water pump and stuff so I had to take it apart and put it back on. So maybe I didnt tighten it back up enough?

I'm forever losing those keys. Honda dealer or ask a junkyard if they have a bad engine you can take parts off of.

You're very lucky the timing belt pulley didn't come off too. Guess the guide washer held it on, but that probably munched up the lower timing cover. So check those parts too.

keyways are $4 from the dealership, unfortunately thats the only place you'll be able to find the right kind/size
