Unhappy cross member demeged civic 2004 lxi

i need a professional openion from u guys
i bought a honda civic 2004 lxi recently
got ripped off as i was told the car had no accident and no problem or repairing to be done
the problem is the car had an accident
it hit the footpath
and the crossmember is demeged
the mechanic said it is shifted 3 cm to right
it needs to be changed along with engine mountings and right hand side lower arm
also a power pipe which although is not leaking but is cheap china made which he said would power steering my power steering and engine severly

the problem i am getting is
the car shaking/vibrating alot even when ac is not switched on
the car goes to right side if steering is left free while driving
i am also getting some funny noise from near the power pipe when car is being driven for about 15 minutes
it increases and decreases with the accelration

i need help big time
short on cash
so i wanna know if driving without changing the crossmember
will it effect my cars engine somehow
coz i would really not be able to afford a new engine

Some pictures would help.

This is why you should always take a used car to your mechanic before buying it. Did you notice any of those problems in the test drive?

Continuing to drive like it is will not hurt the engine. But it is likely the tires will wear out quickly and the car may be unstable and unsafe to drive at highway speeds.

actually by seeing cannot judge the problem
coz the crossmember is slightly bent 3 cm and not from 1 place
means like not major bent
not something judgeable

judged it with hints/ clues
1 the right wheel is ablout 2 fingers more outside from body then the left wheel
2 the right wheel is 2 finger back then the left wheel
3 the left hand side lower arm seems to be in perfect condition
4 the right hand lower arm seems to be slightly bent and weak from some space
5 the main clue is the front mounting spot is about approx 2-3 cms away to he right from the engine grove so it gets tigtented at the edge

the honda professional garage experts said it was nothing to be afraid of
it would not do any harm to the engine
just car will keep on shaking more
will go to the right hand side
and when u brake it will slide to right side always
will not destroy the engine

although some other garage said because the crossmember is bent the engine cannot rest comfortably
the engine mounting will keep on braking
and will result in demaging engine

although i went to the wheel alignment experts
their computerised checkup showed everything is fine else then left hand lower arm which is infect 1-2 cm bent to the front (the garage said it is ok the right hand side 1-2 cms bent to the back)

and lasly i should have gone to the mechanic before buying
i had already planned for paid thorough checkup
but that guy persuaded me in saving his time and my money
and believing his words Dammm him
no worries whats done is done
i prefer moving forward then crying over that

thanks for reply
