Default CRX will not crank to start

Hello!!!!!
my name is Peter. I have a 1991 honda crx si 149,000 5 speed. The problem with my car is that it will not start. It will not even crank. When I put the key into the ignition the control panel, radio, lights work. I am bothered with the fact that the car wont crank over, but both radiator and condensor fans are spinning. Battery has power. Please help out if anyone knows what the problem is.
thanks

Can you hear the Fuel Pump priming when the key is in the ON position? CEL should come on and you'll hear a hum noise, then a click as the CEL shuts off.
