Default Cylinder out of round tolerances

I have a D16Y8 and I am wondering what the out of round tolerance is of the cylinders? #1 is measureing perfect at 90 degree measurments and #2 is within .0025, then #3 and 4 are at .004.

Couple questions;

If I hone the cylinders would it bring them in closer?

Should I take the block for machining?

Or should I just get a new/used motor?

Thanks!
