So - what's your question again?

I just recently picked up my '95 Hatch for $800, with a blown head gasket and warped head. I had the head checked out at a local machine shop, who basically rebuilt the head (resurfaced, reground the valve guides, and a valve job) for $177. If you've done any research online, you'll find this is a helluva lot cheaper than trying to find a remanufactured head. And any machine shop that's worth a **** will only charge you a minimal fee for checking the head to make sure it's still good or not.

my question is how often are they really warped ? Its an aluminum block with an aluminum head ,not like the 22r I worked on that are cast iron block with aluminum head .

Well, like I said, I got the whole deal (check for warp, correct warp, redo valve guides, and a valve job) for $177. Results may vary.

You won't find a good head on eBay that cheap... not after you factor in shipping, too. Not for a D15Z engine. Trust me - I looked everywhere... not just eBay.
