Default d16z6 Build help

Ok, I have a completly unmolested turd 1992 Civic 4dr. EX 1.6Vtec 5 spd. It has 134000. Car is completely stock. In need of body work no big deal. Im new to honda's completely. I have built a few domestic SB and BB's. But ready for a turn.
I have read many threads and have seen many diffent mods. From what I see, Intake, header, and exhaust seeems to be starting point number 1. Which is always a good start to breath. Now about step 2. To me is Throttle body or head work, but im not seeing anything on the threads aobut my motor. Only threads of people swaping there motor with what I have "D16z6". Let me say that my goal is to eventually run boost and nos. But as of right now I have about 4000 to start. And im starting with new timing chain/waterpump, cold air intake, thermostate, oxegen sensor. Here I ask what you suggest steps I take This are will be a Daily driver up till 5000 rpms. Let me know what you think. And also I do not mind using pre used equipment being my first build. So if you know of a good spot to get parts, hit me up.

IMO, suspension should be step 2. then turbo it, step 3.
also, don't get a header if you plan on turboing it, it will be replaced by the turbo manifold and downpipe.
