I got a 98 civic ex with a swapped z6 in it. I have idle surge it fluctuates from 980 to 1500 pulsating. I replaced my iac valve but I'm not sure if u have to set it or not? Bc its still occurring.... and yes I did bleed the cooling system. So I don't know.what's going on. Idk if u got to set the valve or what? Thanks
