Default DEAD INJECTORS

i have a 1988 honda civic dx... with a 1999 civic si motor . " 1.6 vtec" B16

i just put the motor back together yesterday .. and it cranks fine but will not run .. . if i spray starting fluid in the throttle body it will run for a second then die ....i have pressure to the fuel rail ... but the injectors arent firing ...i know there not clogged ..and everything is plugged in
. someone mentioned some kind of relay under the dash that deals with that ... but im not sure what to check ..

i also have aupgraded ecu from the same car as mine that i just put in ...

any help would be a huge!! ... thanks ____DUSTIN

Probably not wired correctly. Make sure you have battery voltage reaching the injectors. You can measure at either wire because the ECU only grounds them briefly.
