does a b16 head fit on a d series block?

yea im not looking to blow my motor. ehh i guess i`ll have to suffer a while longer with this slow *** car.

they dont sell a cam for your motor? maby if you put full exhaust from header back plus if you get a header. wider throttle body? bigger inectors? maby better spark plugs timimg and spark advancer like msd ignition. i can name a but load of bolt ons what i want to know is ... can you stroke those motors like put bigger push rods or somthing in it? my mustang i stroked it to a 347 from a 302 and pulled massive hp from that mod or you can port and polish the head give it more breathing room and better air flow

It takes money to make a civic go fast, and the engine you have isnt the best one to make fast.

Real question is would a b16 head fit on a d17 vtec block also I'm asking b4 I really do try something that dumb as **** ?
