Door Cards

Good Morning,

Can anyone tell me how i remove the front door cards from my 2004 civic type r, one of the speakers has stopped working to need to replace it.

any help????

mainly i want to know as i can only find the screws next to the door handle, does the door clip off, if so do the clips break when the door cover is removed??

please help
