Door panel removal!!!
 

i cant seem to figure out how to get my rear door panel off of my 93 civic lx. ive got all the plastic clips off and the two screws on the inner handle and lever. but the lever and window control panel wont let me pull it off. do i just need to pull it harder or am i missing something?
