Default electrical issues.....

does anybody know what gauge wire is used for halos on headlights? or how to tell what gauge they are? also both of the wires for the halos are red, arent they supposed to be red and black? how do i tell which one to use for the ground?

16 gauge is good.. where are you wiring them up to?
i believe is will work either polarity

they looked closer to 18 gauge to me, but even that looks a lil large. i was goin to run the wire to the fuse box and a switch

why not just run them to the park lights?? i think that is the best way to hook them up

true.... i have 2 switches, one was supposed to be for the fogs and the other for the halos, but i guess i could always run the halos with the park lights and then use the other switch as a back up in case the one for the fogs go bad. or if i decide to put some lights inside, i could use the switch for that.
