Default Drivers Side Rear View Mirror Replacement, Manual

I'm new to the site and trying to get some help for replacing my Drivers Side Rear View Mirror, Manual. It got totally knocked off. I order the replacement assembly for about $26 shipped to my house. When I get home, I want to be able to replace it.

It's going on a 00 Honda Civic Coupe DX.

Is this a pretty easy job?

Anyone care to give me the low down or copy/paste a link where this has already been address?

Thanks in advance.
