Question

drl light onand no driving lights

Hi all,just bought a 2004 SI and notice that the drl light is on full time ..also notice that the cruise button's light doesn't come on and my fog light switch light doesn't either..fuses are good ,no noise coming from the relay...so any other ideas anyone???
