Default Drum brakes - Shoe inspection

I'm inspecting my drum brakes to see if I need to replace the pads. I've got the drum off, and I'm on the first side... I'm somewhat surprised to see 1/8" of shoe material left after 120k miles. Is this normal? Should it be replaced?

drums lasts longer than rotor brakes so im not surprised. I was told you replace 2 or 3 rotor pads before once for drums. If you still god pads left and the brakes dont squeak then its fine
