ECU replacement matching
 

Hey guys. I'm looking to pick up a used ECU and I'm wondering about the serial:

My civic is a 2001 LX and the ECU serial is 37820-PLM-A53.

The ECU I'm looking at came from a 2002 LX and the serial is 37820-PLM-L54.

Would this ECU work in my car (after the dealership programs it for my key, of course)? Thank you so much!
