Car won't warm up on idle
I Have a 93 4 dr civic with the beastly 1.5, ok heres the deal i changed the friggin thermostat and now it won't warm up to its normal operating temp it stays cold for so long. now when i drive for a while it eventually gets warm. When i'm just sitting idleing and i rev it up it gets cold so wtf?! and i get super bad milage. Also i noticed that i had bad milage and it felt sucked out after i got my TB replaced. Engine is just struggling to speed up u think this is a bent valve or what. the mechanic did a compression test and said it was ok but i dunno any ideas any1 this thing is pissing me off. thanks sorry but the story of my life

first off, Wonky? thats just a cool *** word. i just smirk everytime i think it. hehe. second, it sounds like your tb is off by a tooth. get it checked. thats probably why it doesnt have any power and bad gas mileage. there is a small hol ein the top of the cam cover, that you can drop a small metal rod, like a nail or allen wrench, into, and it will hold the cam at TDC, then you just line up the TDC mark on the crank pulley. simple.
