eg race setup

hey
I am from the hondatuning web site.
anyways I am thinking about turning my eg into a full time track car but I don't know what type of setup I should be useing, I am thinking about using the b16b just cause hardly none has it done. I am not new to hondas I have a 1992 accord with a h22a. And have helped other people with swaps.
So what is the normal race setup that most eg's are using, I don't want to get blown out of the water.
