Question

Electrical issue with rear left window

I just purchased a 2001 Lx and noticed there is an issue with the rear left window going down. it won't. it is the only window that does not respond to buttons. sounds like a wire is loose. How would I go about re-attaching/ replacing those problematic wires? where do I find them?

Is fuse 24 under the dash blown?
