Default engine will not turn over

I just got a 91 civic that a towing company got a few years ago . My brother has had the car and cranked it periodicaly . Someone has gotten in the car and stolen some relays and the converter off the exhaust . When i go to start the car it doesnt do anything . the lights are on on the dash but that is all . I have found a 4 wire relay gone under the dash that goes to the starter and there is a seven wire one gone also . Both are under driver side dash . Everything in the car seems to have power on it except for the stereo . Can anyone tell me what these relays are called so i will know what to look for and ask for. I can get wire colors from the plugs that go to them if needed .

The 4 wire relay if it's way up high near the clutch pedal is the starter interlock. That's why it won't crank. The 7 wire one right above the hood release handle is the "main relay". It controls the fuel pump and injectors, so the engine won't run without it.

Edit: Also check if the ECU (engine computer) has been stolen, it is on the interior side of the firewall under the carpet where the passenger's feet would be.

All i can see missing is the two relays . The ecu is still there, thats the first thing i looked for after seeing the relays gone. Thanks for the help. I will see if that does the trick.
