Engine Won't Turn Over
I have a '98 Honda Civic LX with about 115k miles and my engine won't turn over. Earlier in the day I dropped off my brother at school and it worked fine, but when I tried to turn it on again a few minutes ago it wouldn't start. I wonder if it might be the same as this guy https://www.hondacivicforum.com/m_97980/tm.htm ? The things that do work are: dome light, alarm, power locks, headlights and stereo. The things that don't work are: power windows, instrument panel, and engine won't turn over. The same thing happened to a little over a week ago. I hooked up another battery with jumper cables but the car still wouldn' start after a few minutes I gave up and just as I opened the door the instrument panel lights came on and was able to turn the engine over. I also took it to my local Kragen and had them test my battery and alternator but they were working fine. Luckily my dad got home today just as I was taking the the jumper cables out again and so we connected my car to his truck but the engine wouldn't turn over. Looks like I'm going to take it to a mechanic later today but I wanted to check if anybody had any ideas. Thanks in advance.
Make sure the battery terminals and connectors are clean and making good electrical contact.
If this isn't the problem, then the starter is likely bad and needs to be replaced; however, first check the starter wires and look for blown fuses.

check the main fuse in the panel under the hood, i cant remember what the fuse is called but its the 1 that is actually bolted down, i had an eclipse that did the same thing, i actually called AAA, had it towed home, just to find a blown fuse... and i still had dome light, radio... the basics
