A few questions and problems

Ok so I have a 2005 Civic Ex SE. I read through the posts for the one about how to get that smell that comes from the vents out of my car. So question #1 is what is this spray called, and would my car have that pollen thing that they were talking about. Question number 2: I got my car stuck on a a pile of snow dead in the middle of my car trying to back it out. I think that I might have also bottomed out at somepoint or another the last couple weeks but since I've never done it intentionally I don't know if I actually did. I look underneath my car and there is this rubber strap hanging down im guessing beneath the gas tank but I'm not really sure, and there are two other ones that were connected already and I don't know if I should have a mechanic look at it or not any suggestions. And for the final question, HOW THE HELL CAN I GET THIS SMELL OF SMOKE OUT OF MY CAR!!!!???? I've used the pine tree in a can, new car spray thats supposed to eliminate it, armor all on the dash and through out the car, and even cloath cleaner a good 3 or 4 times, and I cannot get the smell out. Oh wait one last question...My battery died because my idiot self was playing hockey at night and needed to leave my high beems on for a while, my car battery dies, I jump it and everything and all that good stuff and today, 4 days later, it dies again. No head lights on just the radio and my radar which is hardwired, faulty battery? or just not completely charged yet? Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

RE: A few questions and problems

For getting the smoke smell out heres what I do..

Wipe down everything with armor all
Open the drivers door
Spray Febreeze FABRIC SPRAY (not the air stuff..) onto all the seats. Go all out, and use a lot of it.
Then as quickly as possible, spray a healthy shot of Ozium in the air throughout the car.
Slam the drivers door shut, and let it sit for a couple hours.

Car should smell fantastic by the time you get in

RE: A few questions and problems

1) dont know the spray; dont think you would have pollen (unless you got a cedar tree or whatnot in there)
2) if what was posted above doesn't work - take a flat pan with small sides and fill a 1/4 inch of it with baking soda. you can put it in the back floorboard. i had that smell in a car that a friend and i restore and i used that trick. just dont know how long it took - you may have to give it 4 5 6 ; 8 months. maybe 2 months, dont know.
last question: some of the parts store have those 200 to 300 battery checkers. autozone uses them. take the battery to them and have them check it. if they will come outside, then yu do not have to take the battery out
