Default flat head stud bolt alternator stuck!

I have a 1994 Civic LX and have been trying to take off the alternator for the past two days. The adjusting fan belt bolt is off and the pivot stud nut also but we can't get the pivot stud out and what makes it even harder is the non-standard flat head on the bolt. We've moved the alternator up and down, put lots of penetrating oil, banged and pryed on the end of the stud bolt, all to no avail. We thought of taking the two bracket bolts out but one is inaccessible unless you take the alternator out. Does anybody have a clue as to how to take off this stud bolt out. Any help is very much appreciated.
