Default flywheel question

I am buying a new flywheel, probably fidanza. Do I need to have the new flywheel surfaced by a shop or does it come ready to install?

hey does a flywheel make a difference in performance if the clutch, and pressure plate are stock? I'm thinking of getting a clutch kit, should I get a flywheel aswell?

it ill mostlikely reduce rotating mass, so it will help with response, you choice is either get the flywheel resurfaced, or get a new flywheel, cause when u put a different clutch in, u want want to have a smooth surface to break em in on
