Default Fraying Accessory Belt on Previously Wrecked Civic

I have a '97 Civic LX that I just replaced the three accessory belts on. I put it all back together, and it worked and has been working just fine. I got under the car today and noticed that the belt (the crankshaft to AC compressor, I believe) has started fraying on the outside edge. I was wondering if this could be caused from the fact that the car has been previously wrecked.

When I bought the car, I noticed the same type of wear and immediately replaced all three belts. While there, I also noticed the front motor mount was completely bad, and replaced it too. It has been a little over a month, and 2k or so miles, and the belts started wearing like this again.

The frame section on the driver's side fender area has been straightened back out, but I was wondering if a slight discrepancy could be causing it to wear like that? The fray is on the outside of the belt, away from the engine. Thanks for any help.

EDIT: Could it also be the fact that this lower trans/motor mount has lost some of its rubber and is not sitting correctly?

Check that the pulleys are in line. The A/C idler pulley has several bushings and washers on it which have to be assembled properly.

If the belt is touching the frame you would see wear marks on the frame.

Thanks for the suggestion! I will check that next time I'm in there!
