Default Front end noise while braking

My 95 civic makes a clicking grinding noise while braking lightly. Iy starts off as a clicking and then turns into grinding as it gets hot. I've replaced the brake pads, rotos, calipers and hoses. I am at a loss as to what it could be. If you have any ideas, I would be very appreciative.

Are the front wheel bearings possibly bad?

check the rear dust shield... my old 94 civic had a grinding noises when i hit the brakes after i had the car up afew times for other work... turned out i bent the brake dust shield and it would rub the caliper with the brakes. very easy fix... just hit the dust shield back towards the center of the car... i figure my jack bent/pushed it in.

it sure freaked me out!!!!!!!
