The person who serviced the throttle body also removed the senors from it. what i think is that he didnt installed them properly. is there any way i can have the defult settings of those senors.

reset your ecu to go to default basemap. the ecu will basically start over and relearn your driving style and adjust itself to where it needs to be.

i don't see the jerky shifting being related to the sensors though

i'm not exactly sure what you mean. what makes you think they weren't installed correctly? basically, the sensors measure whatever that particular sensor is made to measure, and sends a signal to the ecu so that the ecu knows what the sensors are reading. the sensors don't adjust, the ecu adjusts. all sensors do is send info to the ecu so the ecu knows what's going on.

if the sensors detect any problems, the ecu adjusts its settings to correct those problems. the ecu controls certain properties of the engine, such as ignition timing, and many other various settings.

I would start by changing the trans fluid. Drain and refill with HONDA OEM ATF-Z1 fluid.
