i am putting a b18c turboed motor in my 95 civic and my exhaust does not match up i have a 2.5 inch exhaust on the motor but a 1.5 inch exhaust system on the car and i want to go with a dc sports exhaust system how do i go about doing this PLEASE HELP

didn't you just answer your own question? (get aftermarket exhaust)

 

Hello there my name is kyle, i just bought a 1999 honda civic dx, it is super n nice and i love it. problem is i have 2 problems. The dash doesnt have tacks on it, is there any way that i can replace it with a dash that has tacks on it?? or a cheap gauge. i do not know how to wire it up so who would help me. And my other problem is, is that the horn doesnt work. where is it located? and maybe a wire is faulty or something, do i just replace that or should i go to an autowrecker and grab a horn from there?? thanks for your help everybody.

 

any 1996-2000 Civic Gauge cluster will plug and play in your dash. No additional wiring required, just a nice clean direct swap. Just get one that has a tach. (EX, LX (i think), and Si are your options).

 

hi its kyle again. i am about to buy a set of xenon headlights off ebay and the business put out a warning for these headlights by saying this REMARK: If your car has SEALED BEAM HEADLIGHTS, these pair of light bulbs would not fit! are 1999 honda civic dx headlights sealed?? i hope not! please anybody who knows tell me. thanks

 

A sealed beam headlight is like what my 1970 Mustang has. Your 99 Civic does not have a sealed bulb. You can change just the bulbs, not the whole sealed beam headlight assembly.

do u have a check engine light on cause it sounds like a tps or map sensor

 

Ok i bought a 00 civic and the bottom end is done its a y8 but money is tight and i have a d16z6 motor laying around and i know i can use that bottom end as long as i use the oil pump from the y8 and head gasket but i dont know if i could use the y8 water pump because i was told there is slack on the belt but because the z6 water pump was used. I looked at the 92 water pump and the 00 water pump and the gears are diff so i dont know if it would be ok told dirve with it.

 

i have a 91 civic si hatch with a motor and trans swap, my alternator is going out and i need an oil change, i was told its a zc motor but the only zc motor i saw on the list was a 1.6 l mine is a 2.2 how can i identify the motor so i can get my parts?
