1991 Honda Civic SI won't start.....
The car was running great then all of a sudden it will not start. I have replaced the main relay but the computer still will not register anything, the check engine light is still staying on, and the car still will not start. Please can someone help?

can you give more info of the symptoms. is there any click when you turn ignition? lights turn on? check spark/fuel

The engine tries but it will not fire. Lights do turn on, the check engine light stays on but is this because the car will not actually start? Almost got it to crank last night with starter fluid. The fuel pump is brand new and I do hear a hum when I turn the key to the starting position. Is there any way it could be caused by a ground?

This might happen because the fuel pump fuse is blown, of course check all the fuses anyway. Check the ground wires on the thermostat housing. The CEL staying on and the fuel pump not running is a classic symptom of a bad main relay; a NEW part isn't always GOOD.
If you don't see any action from the ECU LED at all, not even a single blink when you first turn the key on, ECU could be dead or it is not getting power. (LED staying on steady is also a bad sign). Before condemning the unit, check all the power and ground pins on the ECU for power and ground respectively.
Edit: If you have sparks (did you check for sparks), ECU is probably OK. Check that the timing belt didn't skip. Disconnect return hose from the fuel pressure regulator and check for fuel coming out. If not, pump may be bad or the pickup hose came off.

Also has new plugs, wires, coil, distributor, battery. I have just about replaced everything on the car within the last six months.

Tried another ECU from another car where it was working and on my car it would still not give a single blink. I am hoping that this means it is not the ECU. I will sure try what you have suggested and I am hoping my baby will be back on the road again. Please if you can think of anything else please let me know. How would I tell if the new main relay I bought is good or not?
