Default Guage Cluster

I'm looking to switch the gauge cluster in my '89 Civic hb dx to one out of an Si (tach style). I've heard that you just need to unplug the old one and install the new. Does anyone know if this is the case. I'm new to the Honda scene, had Jetta's before! Thanks in advance.
